By accessing or using Bloxsmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Bloxsmith is an AI-powered tool for generating Roblox user interfaces. The service includes a web application and a Roblox Studio plugin that work together to create and apply UI designs.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Bloxsmith uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model. Account balances are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service to generate content that violates Roblox’s Terms of Use or Community Standards.

6. Roblox Asset Uploads

When you connect your Roblox account, Bloxsmith may upload AI-generated images to your Roblox inventory on your behalf. These uploads are initiated only by your actions within the service (e.g. generating a UI that includes images). Bloxsmith does not modify or delete your existing Roblox assets. Uploaded assets are subject to Roblox’s Terms of Use and moderation policies. You are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with Roblox’s Community Standards.

7. Intellectual Property

UI designs and assets generated through Bloxsmith are yours to use in your Roblox experiences. The Bloxsmith service, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bloxsmith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
